Adult ADHD Diagnostic Evaluations (18 and up)

 ADHD Diagnostic Evaluations – used to formally diagnose ADHD or rule out other possible causes of symptoms and provide treatment recommendations for those with ADHD 

• Cost $2,200
• Clinical interview, multiple diagnostic measures, full written report with diagnosis and recommendations
• 3 sessions: 1st clinical interview and ADHD clinical interview (2 hours), testing session (up to 4 hours), feedback session (1 hour)

ADHD Screening Evaluations – used to determine if a full diagnostic evaluation is warranted, no formal diagnosis or recommendations beyond additional testing given

• Cost $400
• ADHD symptom interview, ADHD screening instrument
• 1 session (up to 2 hours)
• If the full evaluation is warranted, $200 of the payment will go towards a full diagnostic evaluation
