Common signs and symptoms of anxiety include:

 

  • Feeling nervous, restless, or on edge
  • Racing heart
  • Breathing rapidly (hyperventilation)
  • Feeling tired or fatigue
  • Trouble concentrating 
  • Having trouble sleeping
  • Excessive worry
  • Having difficulty controlling worry
  • Avoiding things that trigger anxiety
  • Easily irritated or annoyed



Anxiety Disorders that we treat:

We utilize Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with a person-centered approach. During therapy to treat anxiety disorders you will learn coping strategies, how to challenge anxious thoughts, and relaxation techniques. We utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy to work through phobias.
